Close all applications on your laptop.
Click on ‘File Explorer” from task bar.
Type %appdata%\Microsoft in the address bar.
Delete the ‘Signature’ Folder from the location.
Close all the applications and restart the computer.
Wait for about 5 minutes after login into the computer for script to run before launching any application.
Note: The signature folder should appear again in the above location with some files in it.
Once all the files are downloaded, launch outlook and you will see updated signature in your new email.
