In Outlook, go to Home Tab -> Rule -> Create rule

 

Click on Advance Options

In Step 1, select nothing and just click on next. You will see a message to confirm that rule will be applied to all messages received. Click on Yes

In Step 2, select “forward to people or public group”

Click on “People or Public Group” and select the user you want to forward your messages to (Eg: I want to forward my emails to Payton” and click on ok.

On next windows, click on next if you don’t wany any exception

On next window, specify rule name and click on “Turn on this Rule” and click on finish.

This will activate the rule in your inbox immediately.

 

To Turn Off the rule, go to Home Tab -> Rules ->Click on  Manage Rules and alerts.

Uncheck against the rule name created before and rule will be turned off.
