Click on 'Add Printer' icon on the desktop.
Type in the first 2 digit of the branch like below or click on “Find Now” to see the list of all printers.
SA – Saskatoon
RE - Regina
RI – Richmond
CB – Calgary Branch
HO – Head Office (Calgary)
MN – MultiNational
CBC – CBC
ED – Edmonton
PG – Prince George
KE – Kelowna
PN - Penguin
Select the printer from the list and double click on it to install. (Takes less than a minute to install)
To verify the printer installation, click on “Printer” icon on desktop.
The printer with green checkmark is the default printer. If it is not the one you want, right click on the printer and select ‘set as default printer’.
It show the green checkmark icon on the printer to indicate that it is set as default printer now.
